S2 - EP 8 - THE ST. VALENTINE'S DAY MASSACRE
Welcome to Season 2, Episode Eight!
Today, I'm live on Tiktok (@stinglikeabea) and we're talking about the St. Valentine's Day Massacre.
The poison in this episode is the South Side.
If you want to drink with us, you need gin, mint leaves, lime juice, and simple syrup
The recipe for the South Side is as follows:
2 ounces of gin
3-5 fresh mint leaves
3/4 ounce of simple syrup
1 ounce of lime juice
For garnish: Lime wheel and mint sprig
Combine mint and lime in a cocktail shaker and muddle, then add ice, gin, and simple syrup and shake until chilled, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Enjoy!
Happy Valentine's Day!
Britt
